Sorcit owners David Fannin and Shaun Moore will appear on the programme this Sunday night (22 Feb 2015) at 9pm to ask the famous business brains to invest for a stake in their Colapz range.
They hope the appearance on BBC’s Dragon’s Den will help make their colourful collapsible watering cans even more successful. The innovative light-weight watering cans collapse down so they can easily be transported in small spaces – making them popular with campers and caravaners, as well as gardeners and boaters. The portability of the products means they could also be used for water transportation in developing countries.
The designers, from Nottinghamshire, have been fans of the show since it started and were thrilled to take part.
David said: “It was a fairly intensive four months, from when we got the first call to going in front of the Dragons.”
“We initially had an audition in front of the research team which went well. Then the hard work started.”
Tune in this Sunday night (Feb 22) to find out what happens in the Den!
